Ever wonder why drinking the right amount of water is important? Besides the fact that we are made mostly from water, water keeps us cool, water flushes our system of metabolic wastes and toxins (which we consume) and keeps us hydrated. This all helps our muscles to have fewer irritants that cause muscle tension.
I am willing to bet that most of us don’t drink enough water to be properly hydrated. We should drink at least 1 litre per every 30kg that we weigh. So if you weigh 65 kg, you should drink 2 – 2.5 litres of water for your body systems to be adequately hydrated.
